Graey Vincent is a non-binary, filipino-American, who recently earned their M.S degree in Yoga Therapy. Over the past few years they have taught in India, Thailand, and the Southern U.S. Graey uses yoga as a direct means to reduce, manage, and eliminate symptoms of suffering within the biopsychosocial self.

Outside of the yoga studio Graey enjoys competitive pole dancing, rock climbing, and portrait photography. They grew up on the Gulf Coast beaches, so their favorite part about living in the Pacific Northwest is the opportunity to relax during rainy days and breathe in fresh mountain air. Graey often feels most alive and connected when hiking, slack-lining, or practicing kundalini yoga.
