Most of our classes are heated between 98-101 degrees F, however some of our classes like Yin and Restorative are on the cooler side. Prenatal Yoga is unheated. The heat is designed to enhance flexibility, promote detoxification and create a safe space for a deeper practice

Yes! We encourage all bodies and abilities to show up, and each instructor is skilled in providing modifications that help you adapt your practice to YOUR body. Moving is an imperfect practice and we are here to support you every step of the way!

Yes! Wild Reed offers a full-body workout that combines strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. Our sequences are designed to get your heart pumping, while helping you build muscle, improve mental clarity and improve your overall fitness.

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely, but please keep in mind that you will sweat. Most people wear moisture-wicking fabrics that help them keep cool and dry during class.

Bring a yoga mat, a towel and water to stay hydrated. If you don’t have these items, we have them available to rent or purchase at the studio. We also recommend bringing a change of clothes and toiletries for after class–you’re going to get really sweaty!

We ask that you arrive a few minutes early to settle in and prepare for class. While we understand that life happens, latecomers will not be permitted to enter into a class once it has started. This is to protect the peaceful experience for everyone. If you’re running late, give us a call and we’ll see if we can switch your class registration to a later time.
