ALEX BORDER
When Alex first began practicing yoga, he could barely touch his toes. Through consistent practice, he developed greater mobility—but more importantly, discovered a deeper connection to body and spirit through vinyasa, yin, and meditation.
His dedication led him to complete a multi-style teacher training in Bali, Indonesia, and he now feels grateful to share his practice with the Portland community. Alex aims to inspire new practitioners while also challenging experienced yogis, supporting each student on their unique journey.
