This workshop is designed to help students build strength, stability, and confidence in their handstand practice. Participants should already feel comfortable kicking up to a handstand at the wall, as we’ll build from that foundation throughout the workshop.
Expect a supportive, encouraging environment with plenty of opportunities for questions, individual feedback, and hands-on learning. We’ll break down effective warm-ups, drills, alignment techniques, and conditioning exercises to help you develop a safer, more sustainable inversion practice.
The workshop will also include partner exercises and creative ways to explore handstands within a yoga flow setting - helping inversions feel more approachable, playful, and connected to your overall practice
