This class is accessible to everyone—from first-timers to seasoned practitioners. If you’re new to yoga, this is a great place to start. 

Whether you're just learning the names of postures, or focusing on alignment, this class will challenge you to lean into the edges of intensity, while offering plenty of moments that promote deep relaxation.  

Wild Reed Essentials is our core hot yoga practice, and features carefully chosen postures in a heated hatha-class format.  This accessible sequence offers a cardiovascular workout, with each posture held for 30-45 seconds to enhance muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility.
